Floresp AZ Nasal Spray
Composition: Each spray delivers: Azelastin Hydrochloride BP 140 mcg, Fluticasone Propionate IP 50 mcg. 

Indications: Management of moderate to severe symptoms of allergic rhinitis in adults; Management of moderate to severe symptoms of allergic rhinitis in children 12 years and above.

Adverse events: Headache, pharyngitis, epistaxis, nasal burning /irritation, nausea/vomiting, cough, bitter taste, taste disturbances, headache, somnolence and epistaxis.

Contra-indications: This combination is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to fluticasone propionate or azelastine hydrochloride or any of the components of the preparation.

Precautions: The replacement of a systemic corticosteroid with a topical corticosteroid can be accompanied by signs of adrenal insufficiency. Some patients may experience symptoms of withdrawal, e.g., joint and/or muscular pain, lassitude, and depression.

Dosage and administration: Dosage Adults: One spray/nostril twice daily. Children (12 years and above): One spray/nostril twice daily. The recommended dosage should not be exceeded.
