Composition: Each film coated tablet contains: Lafutidine 10 mg.
Indications: Gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers and stomal ulcers; Gastric mucosal lesions (erosion, hemorrhage, redness or edema) associated with acute gastritis and acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis.
Adverse events: Constipation, diarrhea, drug rash, nausea or vomiting and dizziness are the adverse reactions observed during clinical trials.
Contraindications: Patients with a history of drug hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the product.
Precautions: Administer with care in patients with impaired hepatic function, impaired renal function and patients on dialysis.
Dosage and administration:
Gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers and stomal ulcers: The usual dosage is 10mg Lafutidine orally administered twice a day.
Gastric mucosal lesions (erosion, hemorrhage, redness or edema) associated with acute gastritis and acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis: The usual dosage is 10mg lafutidine orally administered once a day.
