With an illustrious career spanning over 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Chaturvedi began his professional tenure at Ipca Laboratories. His journey then led him to esteemed positions at Torrent Pharmaceutical Ltd. and Lupin Ltd., where he served as General Manager of Operations in Goa and Jammu, respectively. His exceptional leadership and expertise were further showcased during his tenure at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Baddi, where he held the position of Vice President - Operations & Plant Head. Throughout his career, Mr. Chaturvedi has achieved numerous milestones, becoming a certified ZONE trainer, attaining DNV accreditation from OHSAS, and earning recognition as a certified trainer of Six Sigma. He has spearheaded successful initiatives focusing on productivity improvement, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, waste reduction, and effectively managed labour turnover. His proficiency in employee engagement is a testament to his exceptional leadership skills. Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Chaturvedi indulges in his passion for sports, especially cricket.
