Manufacturing Facility at Sikkim

We are proud to have a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Sikkim, commissioned in 2017, that boasts two separate blocks for producing different categories of drugs.

Block 1 is dedicated to producing B-Lactam Antibiotic Drug Products, specifically in the form of tablets and dry syrups.

Block 2 produces a range of General Drug Products, including anti-ulcer, anti-emetic, anti-inflammatory, anti-hypertensive, anti-histaminic, anti-diarrheal, muscle relaxant, iron supplement, anti-asthmatic, and anti-cold medicines, in the form of tablets and capsules.

Our Sikkim manufacturing facility is situated amidst the picturesque backdrop of lush green valleys and mountains. It is approximately 80 km away from Bagdogra, Siliguri airport, and 40 km from Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim.

The manufacturing plant has an impressive annual production capacity, including 20.7 Crores tablets per month, 33 million capsules per month, and 2.1 million bottles of dry syrup per month. Our manufacturing processes adhere to strict quality control standards, ensuring that every product that leaves our facility meets the highest quality standards.

The Major OSD formulations being currently manufactured at Sikkim include:

AUGPEN 375 MG: Each film coated tablet contains: Amoxicillin Trihydrate IP equivalent to Amoxycillin 250mg, Potassium Clavulanate IP equivalent to Clavulanic Acid 125 mg.
AUGPEN 625 MG: Each film coated tablet contains: Amoxycillin Trihydrate IP equivalent to Amoxycillin 500mg, Potassium Clavulanate IP equivalent to Clavulanic Acid 125mg.
AUGPEN DROPS 10 ML Each 1 ml of reconstituted suspension contains: Amoxycillin Trihydrate IP equivalent to Amoxycillin 80 mg, Potassium Clavulanate IP equivalent to Clavulanic Acid 11.4 mg.
AUGPEN DSM SUSPENSION: Each 5 ml of reconstituted suspension contains: Amoxycillin Trihydrate IP equivalent to Amoxycillin 400mg, Potassium Clavulanate IP equivalent to Clavulanate acid 57mg.
AUGPEN HS SUSP: Each 5 ml of reconstituted Suspension contains: Amoxycillin Trihydrate IP equivalent to Amoxycillin 200mg, Clavulanate potassium IP equivalent to Clavulanic acid 28.50mg.
AUGPEN KID DT TABLETS: Each uncoated dispersible tablet contains: Amoxycillin Trihydrate IP equivalent to Amoxycillin 200 mg, Potassium Clavulanate IP equivalent to Clavulanic Acid 28.5 mg.
